What can I expect from The FRIENDS™ Experience - The One in Fortaleza?
Inspired by one of the most successful TV shows of all time, The FRIENDS™ Experience arrives in Fortaleza. Fans of the show will be able to see identical reproductions of sets, exhibition props, Instagrammable spaces, and even grab a coffee at the FRIENDS EXPERIENCE CAFÉ. You won’t want to miss it!

Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
The experience will be held indoors.
How long will the event last?
Two months. From 16/10 to 21/12/2025
What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your purchased session.
Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes.
Are there restrooms available?
There are no restrooms inside the experience itself; however, the mall provides nearby facilities.
Will food be available?
Yes, we will have the FRIENDS EXPERIENCE CAFÉ where you can enjoy a coffee at the end of the experience.
Will vegan or gluten-free options be available?
No.
Can I use my cell phone during the event?
Yes, preferably in silent mode.
Can I film the event?
Yes, with a cell phone. Professional filming equipment is not allowed unless previously authorized by the production team.
EVENT ACCESS
Is it necessary to wear a mask?
No.
Do I need to arrive at the start of the session?
We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your purchased session.
What happens if I arrive late?
If a visitor misses the start of the session, they may be accommodated in the next session, subject to availability.
Are pets allowed?
No.
What is the minimum age?
The exhibition is open to all ages, subject to parental guidance for minors attending alone.
Is there parking?
Yes, at the mall. Fees apply.
What happens in bad weather?
The venue is covered, so sessions will proceed as normal in case of rain.
What items are prohibited?
Umbrellas, selfie sticks, knives, firearms, pyrotechnics, food.
Is there wheelchair access?
Yes.
TICKETS
Can I buy a ticket at the event?
Ticket sales after the event has started are subject to availability. Ideally, tickets should be purchased in advance to guarantee your spot. All tickets must be purchased via the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Where can I buy tickets?
- On the Fever app, available on Google Play and the App Store

- At the ticket office located at SS1, Event Area of VillageMall Shopping
Who is eligible for half-price tickets?
The exhibition offers half-price tickets for teachers from public institutions (federal, state, and municipal), people with disabilities plus one companion, students, and seniors. See more details on the half-price benefit and required documents.
What does the ticket include?
Access to the exhibition. Items sold at the Café and Store are not included in the ticket price.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, you only need to show your Fever ticket(s) on the app or email upon arrival at the venue.
Are refunds allowed?
Refunds are allowed if the purchase is canceled. Cancellations and refund requests are permitted up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the event. Send an email to ola@feverup.com to modify your ticket.
Can I reschedule my ticket for another date/time or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?
To change the date/time, you need to purchase the FLEX add-on, which allows access to other sessions on the day of the original ticket. Date rescheduling requests will be reviewed by the organizing committee.
I can’t find my ticket, what can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code on the Fever app, in the “Tickets” section. If you don’t have the app, you can download it from the App Store or Google Play. Be sure to log in with the same email used for the purchase.
How do I know my seat?
There are no assigned seats at the exhibition, just arrive at the indicated time and you will be guided through the tour.
Can I leave in the middle of the event?
Inform our staff, who will guide you to the exit. Unfortunately, you cannot rejoin the experience once you leave early.
Why are there different ticket prices?
There are different ticket types, such as flexible time tickets. These have a different price due to the convenience offered. Additionally, customers can purchase extras such as souvenirs, coffee + cookie, and photos.
I can’t attend on this date, will there be more dates for the same show?
The exhibition runs daily, except Mondays, until August. We will be happy to welcome you within those dates.
